oh yes this recipe is soo simple,and so versatile-you can make it up with leftovers as well-I have made this in a lamington tin many times - my kids used to have slices of this in thier lunch,yummo cheers Vickie
Oh that looks just delicious. I have heard of making quiche with pastry mix, but I don't think I have actually seen a recipe before. I might just be able to give this one a go, using my "No egg" egg substitute for the kids. (I think a "No egg" quiche would have the potential to be quite vile, if there wasn't the body and taste of the pastry mix!)
