Two down and seven to go!

I am determined to get this quilt done before I begin the Quilters Journal quilt (Leanne's House) so I am stitching madly. I am well and truly into the third block. This is the 'There's No Place Like Home' from Daisies and Dragonflies. I saw this in Homespun and called the shop to mail it to me. When it arrived, it was not 100% what I had expected but that is okay - the risk of ordering this way. There was a lot more stitching than I thought (ekkkkk).

I am excited as I have booked a place for a stitching day run by Christine Dearden in Evandale next Saturday. There will be Christine Book,Vivian's Robinson, Brenda Ryan and Kerry Gillespie. It coincides with a conference in Launceston on Friday - it was meant to be!

I am off to Jo's place tonight to stitch and hopefully Helen will be there as well.

eeek sorry, I did mean to be there but I had grumpy girls during the day and I didnt think it fair to inflict 4 grumpy girls on poor L. So I sat on my own stitching and thinking of you there without me....
