ohh Sarah!
firstly, it's 11pm so I trust you are in bed ;)

and secondly, no wonder you are at this stage of frustration.
mine are only 4 & 2 1/2 and sometimes I have absolutely no idea what to do & try to stay calm rather than explode.
you have been at this for 11 years and have to deal with something extra aswell, and it has just been school holidays so that is also a stress factor.

sounds like your new found reading is helping you through some difficult times & Ms Nikki sure spreads some enormous wisdom around for such a teeney person.

I hope you have a fab day tomorrow & if you don't, chances are the next one will be.

enjoy the raspberries & don't worry about that ironing.. I don't :)

They all sound like good strategies, especially the asking for help one.

Sleep, yes Sarah, sleep more ... a great strategy that I, mama of two with no syndromes or problems, need also to remember. An extra hour can make all the difference to perspective!

I want to come over, make you a cuppa, sit on the couch and chat... or not chat. Either is fine. xxx

I'd love to come for a cuppa too, You girls are two online friends I'd love to have a cuppa with IRL ... and both of you together would be awesome!

I realised (the hard way) that raspberries aren't something you should share in the car.
