On Saturday I was at The Quilted Crow Gathering. Where the lovely Helen Stubbings from Hugs and Kisses and Natalie Ross show cased their beautiful work and techniques. A few bloggers were there - check their blogs out for a more through insight and pictures! Cathy, Sarah, Leanne, Jo, Fiona, Marina and Isabella.
Isabella was so kind and bought "sheppie" for our little boy we are expecting in four weeks...
Then on Sunday my sister and I attended a screen printing class. I have been wanting to do this for a while. I quickly picked up the technique and had a great time doing what I wanted to achieve. I printed a violin silutette on my sons violin bag and screen printed on all my calico shopping bags (to make them more interesting) then I was given these flags to print and I went crazy with this bird. Not sure what I will do with them! I found the whole process so easy. One day when I get an idea I hope to do it again.

Wow! What a great weekend! I love the sheep. One of my boys was given one just like that. And I'm with Jodie. Sooooooo jealous of your screenprintingness! One of my dreams - perhaps I should make an effort to make my dream come true!
What fabulous screen printing - that looks like so much fun. Hope you get to do some more in the not too distant future!
Wish I could have joined you the week end! And the sheepie is so cute! The bird prints look very good too.
