Day two

Rhubarb Crumble Slice










I have two varieties of rhubarb in my garden. The newest addition disappears and regrows and is not as red as the other. It finally has produced enough stalks for me to do something with it. Such an easy recipe. Cooked this morning. Yummy.

How long did it take to grow enough rhubarb? I've got some in the garden and it is taking what seems like forever to grow.
