I never really have been big in helping out with the school fair. Last year I made a few things. I just did not get organised enough this year so I have baked instead. Creamy Lemon Slice, Almond and Pistachio and Chocolate Slice. You got to reward yourself when you achieved something - especially when it is hard to do something for yourself!
I'm sure you deserved the reward too! I like the sound of the pistachio and chocolate slice.
