I have been procrastinating making these. Jo kindly offered a pattern and since then I have seen them here and here (cannot find the link now : ( so deided I can only try and I am really pleased with the outcome. I have made one for my niece for Christmas and one for the school fair demos (on that subject I have finished making all the demos - yippie!)
That's lovely - what a great gift. I love the match between the prints and the colour of each pencil.

I love it, the match between pencil and fabric is great, what a gift!
ReplyDeleteI've made a pencil roll too. I was suprised how easy they were to make and that you can use your scraps for it. Look at my blog to see mine.
ReplyDeleteThe pencil roll looks great, I like the fabrics you chose, they are surprisingly easy to make, I got into a bit of production mode when I made mine. Hope the school fair goes well!
ReplyDeleteThe pencil roll looks great! I have made knitting needle rolls etc before, but I love the idea of having colours to correspond with the pencils.
